You have questions.

Accidents can be hectic… we have the answers.

Do I have to go the insurance companies “preferred shop”?
No, in the state of Montana you get to choose the repair shop and your insurance company has to work with that shop.

Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate?
Appointments are preferred. An accurate repair starts with an accurate estimate and an accurate estimate takes time. If an appointment is not possible, walk-ins are welcome but appointments get priority.

What if repairs cost more than the estimate?
They frequently do. We handle the supplemental costs directly with the insurance company and they issue payment directly to us.

What are your hours?
We are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Estimate hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Do I pay my deductible to the insurance company or the repair shop?
Your deductible is paid to the repair shop upon completion of the repairs.

Do you guarantee your work?
We guarantee our work for as long as you own your vehicle.

What if my car is a “total loss”?
The insurance company makes that determination. Generally, if the repair costs exceed 70% of the vehicles value, they will deem it a total loss. The insurance company will offer you a settlement for a reasonable cost to replace your specific vehicle and then they take possession of the vehicle. They may reduce the settlement amount by the amount of your deductible.

What will I drive while my car is being repaired?
If another party’s insurance is paying for the repairs they are obligated to provide you with substitute transportation. We also have a free shuttle.
